Minimum quantities, packing, shipping to the UK and how orders are confirmed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product: typically 20–50 pieces per design for chairs, stools and outdoor seating, 10–20 per size for tables, from 50 chairs or 10 tables for banqueting, and project-based for booths and hotel rooms. Your quotation confirms the exact minimum.

Packing
Chairs and stools are wrapped and boxed with corner protection; booths and tables are crated or palletised as needed. Packing lists are supplied for every shipment.
Shipping to the UK
Orders are shipped by sea to UK ports such as Felixstowe, Southampton or London Gateway. We can quote freight, customs clearance, duties and delivery to your site, or hand over to your own forwarder. Delivery terms are stated in your quotation.
Confirming an order
Orders are confirmed in writing against the approved quotation and sample. Payment terms are set out in your quotation.
